Most people these days research the hell out of a big purchase before deciding – I do it myself. I visit websites, I go on YouTube and social media. I hunt out reviews and perceptions from other purchasers, vloggers and bloggers.

This kind of research, for most people, is key – which is why I planned and recorded influencer style reviews of Suzuki and Honda bikes to add a new layer to the sales process, but also to add more authority to our descriptions when customers were in the showrooms.
